Prolonged fine weather has brought more good news for Irish hotels, with the prospect of increased domestic spend that will ripple out countrywide.

The sun is also trying to shine on the hotel sales market, with agents CBRE forecasting that the volume of sales completed in Ireland in 2018 looks set to comfortably exceed last year’s total of about €400 million, despite the low volume traded in the first half of this year.
