Grafton Hotel goes green with award of BREEAM cert

The four-star Dublin establishment received the accolade following a comprehensive assessment process

The four-star Grafton Hotel on Stephen Street in the heart on Dublin 2 has just upped its green credentials by being awarded the BREEAM certification.

The certification followed an assessment process of environmental, social and economic sustainability performance, using standards developed by BRE, the Building Research Establishment, set up in 1990. The standard used is the world's longest established method of assessing, rating, and certifying the sustainability of buildings.
