Gorey retail park sale illustrates the ‘incredible value outside city centres’

Knockmullen Retail Park in Gorey, Co Wexford has been sold for €1.33 million. Built in 2005, the park comprises six retail units and two own-door office units on the first floors.

The entire complex spans 1,858 square metres. Unit sizes range from 139 square metres to 840 square metres, and there is a customer car park and an additional rear-access car park for staff.
