Fine Georgian building in D2 goes for €3.76 million
The properties were carefully maintained by their previous owners, an Irish-American family who purchased the buildings 25 years ago
Colliers International has confirmed the sale of one of the finest city centre Georgian buildings to come to the Dublin market in the last few years.
The property was sold to a private investor and achieved €3.76 million, some 14.5 per cent in excess of its €3.25 million guide price.
