Less than half of workers have returned to full-time office employment, while 58 per cent of employers anticipate that their hybrid working arrangements will stay the same in 2024.

According to a new study conducted by Hays Ireland, the recruitment agency, 38 per cent of employers will mandate that their employees spend more time working from the office in the year ahead, but the majority intend to facilitate flexible working models.
