Final offices at Penrose Dock in Cork docklands are reserved

Penrose Dock, the new Grade-A office complex from JCD Group at the heart of Cork’s new docklands, has confirmed that the final remaining space in the 23,225 square metre complex has been reserved.
When all occupiers are in place before the end of the year, there will be 30 companies with capacity for more than 2,200 employees working from the new Gold LEED standard office scheme.
