Marianella, comprised of some 231 apartments, penthouses and houses, is located on the site of the former Redemptorist seminary on Orwell Road. Such is the level of pent-up demand that many of the apartments were sold ahead of the scheme’s initial public launch. About 145 apartments released in previous launches have now all been sold.
