International employers competing to recruit high-tech staff are increasingly looking to provide in-house amenities to entice them. Nearly 60 per cent of occupiers would be willing to pay a premium of at least 10 per cent over typical prime rents for a curated high-amenity offering under a service agreement with the landlord.
