Emea commercial market slowdown continues, but investors anticipate revival

According to the latest report from the commercial arm of Colliers, investment in commercial real estate fell sharply in most Emea markets in the first quarter of the year, but investors expect a rebound later in the year as uncertainty around financial and macroeconomic conditions potentially subsides.
