A new luxury 10-screen cinema is coming to Galway as Omniplex, Ireland’s largest multiplex chain, begins work on its €5 million, 30,000-square-ft development in Baily Point, Salthill, creating over 20 jobs.

The cinema will have a 1920s design, but with modern comforts such as premium Barco laser projection, and fully electric reclining seats as standard, plus 4K and Dolby Atmos Auditoriums for the most immersive sound and viewing experience.
