Dublin office market still European hotspot

Slipping in the rankings to fifth most expensive European city for office rents means the capital is proving more competitive and the pace of office rents in Dublin will continue to increase, albeit at a slower pace

Irish offices will be one of the hot spots of the European office markets in 2017, even though Dublin rents are already the fifth most expensive in Europe.

Nevertheless, despite strong rents, the competitiveness of Dublin’s prime central office rents has improved and looks set to improve further as it competes to attract as many as 13,000 office jobs from companies departing London after Brexit.
