Knight Frank has brought four interesting ‘ready-to-go’ development sites in Dublin to the market, which collectively have planning permission for almost 600 nursing home beds.

The first site is some 0.57 acres (0.23 hectares) at Mill Street in Dublin 8 and has planning permission for a 138-bed nursing home of about 6,845 square metres, over four to seven storeys.
