Donnybrook Fair revaluation gives Musgrave €6.7m boost

Supermarket giant Musgrave Group got a €6.7 million boost after re-valuing the property assets of Donnybrook Fair, which it bought last year for €25.4 million.

The most recently filed accounts for Musgraves show that Donnybrook Fair’s tangible assets “increased in value by €6.7 million based on the results from a professional valuation” carried out on the land and buildings acquired.
