Developers are rushing to catch the new Luas line at Dawson Street, with over 40,000 square metres of new commercial space expected to command some of the highest rents in Ireland

The rejuvenation of the Dawson Street area of Dublin’s south city centre is at last catching up with the urban renewal that has already been undertaken in the docklands, the quays and Temple Bar.
