In a marked U-turn, consumer confidence and spending means Dublin’s 14 retail parks are now at capacity. That’s according to new research carried out by BNP Paribas Real Estate.

The agent’s report, At a Glance: Dublin Retail Parks, said that less than 4 per cent of floor-space was available to rent in any of the capital’s retail parks.
