Demand for Grade A offices in good locations shows no sign of slowing

Last year we saw Dublin’s office market reach the record take up of 3.9 million square feet and 2019 has started in the same vein with 1,444,350 square feet of take-up recorded across 53 transactions since January.

The year to date stands at more than 63 per cent higher than the 881,000 square feet, which was transacted in the same period last year.
