Prices pass €750 per square metre bar as available space shrinks and developers struggle to keep up
The Dublin 4 office market is catching up with its pace-setting Dublin 2 neighbour in terms of rental levels after lagging them for a while after the crash.
Recent lettings of space at Comer Group’s Number One Ballsbridge for around the €750 per square metre level are on a par with some of the strongest rents recently achieved in Dublin 2.
