Cosgraves put entire apartment development on the market for €80m

Currently under construction, Bridgefield has a projected rent roll of up to €4.9m per year

A development of 216 apartments with a projected rent roll of €4.65 million to €4.9 million per year has come to the market through Hooke & MacDonald.
