Cork city centre building up for grabs at €1.7m

Savills is handling the sale of 79 St Patrick Street in Cork city centre, which is being offered at a guide price of €1.7 million.

The distinctive building, with an Art Deco facade, extends to about 210 square metres and is let to the Carphone Warehouse at a current passing rent of €190,000 per year. The investment will show an attractive return of 10.3 per cent after allowing for standard purchasing costs.
