Commercial units prove hot property at €3m sale
High prices were achieved by some commercial properties at a recent Dublin auction
Three commercial properties in the greater Dublin area were among the top sellers at the Sherry FitzGerald and Cushman & Wakefiled auction in Leopardstown last Wednesday; in all, 22 lots sold generating more than €3 million.
The highest price of €345,000 was achieved by a vacant shop in south Dublin, which was €120,000 over its guide price.
