Student property sold in Galway for €3.35m

Selling agent TWM has completed the sale of a student accommodation led investment at Seamus Quirke Road in Galway city. Sarah Winters of TWM, who handled the sale, negotiated a strong sales price of €3.35 million which was in excess of the guide price originally quoted.
