The pedestrianisation of Capel Street in Dublin 1, which has been welcomed by many locals, is adding momentum to the interest in the street shown by investors and developers.

Even in advance of pedestrianisation, there had been a healthy level of property sales and lettings on the street over recent years. This appears to have been inspired by the eclectic mix of occupiers.
