Boutique hotel group snaps up Trinity Lodge for €7 million
Unlisted Collection is an international hotel group that has seven boutique hotels and 20 restaurants across the world
JLL, on behalf of Deloitte, has completed the sale of Trinity Lodge at 12, 29 and 30 South Frederick Street in Dublin 2. The property, close to Trinity College, has been sold to Unlisted Collection for more than €7 million.
