Price rises may make it more difficult for corporates to purchase large lots of apartments, writes Donal Buckley.

More than 4,300 residential units worth over €900 million have been sold in multi-family lots during the last three years. These figures emerge as another major tranche of 588 Dublin flats are about to be sold over the next few weeks, under the Project Plum brand.
