Best laid action plan could well go astray
Dublin could be hit with an office space shortage
The government’s Action Plan for Jobs may be too modest in its forecast for the rate of job creation in Dublin and this could lead to an underestimation of the amount of office development required during the next five years. If accepted by business advisers, I believe it could exacerbate the shortages in the office, residential and other property sectors.
