Dublin Landings includes five new office buildings and 273 apartments

Ballymore, the property group headed by Seán Mulryan, has launched its new Dublin docklands development, to be called Dublin Landings.

The development, located along Dublin’s North Wall Quay, will be a one million square foot mixed-use project including office and retail space, along with 273 luxury apartments. Five new office buildings will be completed by 2020, with the National Treasury Management Agency expected to be the first tenant.

Ballymore is being partnered by Singapore developer Oxley, in its first venture in the Irish market. The two recently launched a similar project, Royal Wharf, in London.

Ballymore says 2,000 construction jobs will be created throughout the lifetime of the project, which is located beside the Central Bank's new headquarters.

"The docklands area, and North Wall Quay specifically, has great potential and we are looking forward to harnessing that," said Mulryan.
