Knight Frank is seeking offers of €2.5 million for No 4 Parliament Street and No 3 Crane Lane, a fully and beautifully refurbished high-profile, mixed-use building in Dublin’s Temple Bar.

The former Reads Cutlers building is the country’s only intact 18th-century merchant’s shop and house, and one of the few remaining in Europe. Read’s Cutlers also has the distinction of being one of Europe’s oldest brands.
