Aviva’s Irish property fund saw the value of its portfolio rise by 13 per cent in 2016, which is good news for Irish policy holders and investors who invested in the fund five years ago

An increase of about 10 per cent in investor and pension contributions boosted the value of funds under management at Aviva’s Irish property fund to €305.5 million in 2016. At the same time, a combination of asset management, continuing growth in property values as well as the acquisition of 54 Dawson Street, Dublin 2, saw the value of its property portfolio rise by 13 per cent.
