It’s a big ask, but the new Dublin City Development Plan aims to help the council generate the 7,000 new units per year needed to meet demands
The new Dublin City Development Plan 2016-2022 came into effect last month. It – as well as associated local area plans (LAPs), strategic development zones and master plans – offers developers guidance for drafting planning applications by addressing housing needs and meeting future employment requirements for the city.
