Humans are, by nature, curious. How often have we passed the facades of buildings and wondered what lies beyond the hall door? Or what mysteries would reveal themselves behind high walls?

Open House Dublin, Ireland’s largest annual festival of architecture, offers just the opportunity to satisfy that curiosity. The event is brought to the public by the Irish Architecture Foundation and will be held this year across the weekend of October 14 to 16.
