Velvet Cloud, an Irish dairy business that makes yogurts and cheeses from sheep’s milk, is aiming to raise more than €500,000 in funding to scale up its operations.
The Mayo-based company, founded by husband and wife Aisling and Michael Flanagan, last week announced a significant deal with Tesco that means its products will be stocked in 32 of the retailer’s stores around the country.
