While the Covid-19 vaccination programme is good news all round, it will pose challenges for employers, who should keep themselves informed about the issues that may arise

With the rollout of the Covid-19 vaccination under way, we are one step closer to a welcome return to the workplace and to figuring out how we want to work in the future, be it full time on the office floor or partly from home.

For now, however, it’s time for employers to start thinking seriously about the implications of the vaccine rollout for the workplace and the challenges that may arise as it progresses.
