Top Coke exec met Noonan on sugar tax

Coca-Cola enlisted one of its most senior and influential global executives to engage with Minister for Finance Michael Noonan on its resistance to key plans.

Irial Finan, a vice-president at Coke’s Atlanta office, met twice with Noonan last year to press him on the sugar tax and on the OECD’s targeting of profit shifting by international companies.
