Third-level funding row rumbles on

The Oireachtas Education Committee is at loggerheads with Minister for Education Richard Bruton over its failure to produce a third-level funding report for the past two years.

Bruton has said that he is not going to make any decision onlong-term third-level funding until he gets the committee’s cross-party report. But it has still not produced its report, despite starting hearings two years ago.
