The Fennelly report

Copies of the draft interim report of the Commission of Inquiry headed by Mr Justice Nial Fennelly have reportedly been distributed to parties concerned, including the Taoiseach, the former minister for justice Alan Shatter, the former secretary general of the justice department Brian Purcell and the former Garda Commissioner Martin Callinan. They now have three weeks to make observations or representations on the report, after which it should be published.
