There are grounds to question Leo Varadkar’s belief that full alignment is ‘bulletproof’

Friday’s EU-UK report contains a significant degree of what might charitably be considered “constructive ambiguity”; the more pedantic would say it appears self-contradictory. It also leaves some key questions hanging. It is a very significant achievement, but ten aspects give rise to concern.
