State's new plan to discourage one-off housing

There have been 182,000 one-off houses built in the countryside over the last 15 years

Minister for Housing Eoghan Murphyhas told the Dáil that the social housing PPP projects have already passed two value-for-money tests. He said two more such tests would be carried out before the final contracts were awarded in the summer.
