Sinn Féin is to ask TD Pat Buckley to account for his behaviour after he admitted engaging in threatening and abusive behaviour towards a garda while under the influence of alcohol.
The party has not ruled out disciplinary action against the Cork East TD, who has apologised for his behaviour after pleading guilty to two charges under the Public Order Act at Midleton District Court last week.
