Risk of HSE regionalisation being viewed as ‘back-office’ exercise, says advisory group chair

There is a risk that the establishment of new Regional Health Areas (RHAs) is being viewed as a “back-office” exercise and will be undermined as a result, the Chair of the Regional Health Areas Advisory Group has said.
