If the cost of living crisis resolves itself before the next general election, then housing will still be the most dominant issue when the country goes to the polls

Last month, the Business Post/Red C poll on the impact of the rising cost of living showed that it was an issue that clearly divided along party lines.

Those more concerned about the cost of living were more likely to vote Sinn Féin, and those somewhat less concerned were more likely to vote for government parties.
