Permissions overturned for windfarms, rural housing and a granny flat
Roscommon and Wexford were the councils with most planning decisions overturned by An Bord Pleanála last year, according to new figures.
The board, which is the final appeals body for planning decisions by the country’s 31 councils, recently rejected Dublin city council's plan to develop a new plaza at College Green in Dublin.
