Paschal Donohoe to face opposition in Dáil over election expenses controversy

The Fine Gael minister admitted to not declaring expenses worth just over €1,000

Paschal Donohoe is due to make a statement to the Dáil at 5pm today following controversy over his failure to declare postering work in the 2016 general election.

The Minister for Public Expenditure will also take questions from opposition politicians after making what is expected to be a 10 minute statement.
