Our coalition of the willing

Some see the rise of the leftist coalition, Right2Change, as a new hope for Ireland. But what exactly does it stand for, and can its alliance survive in the long run?

Right2Change is a coalition of left-of-centre political parties and independents backed and given direction by five trade unions – Unite and Mandate being the two most important ones. It seeks to organise and galvanise the electorate towards an alternative to traditional parties perceived by some as corrupt, inefficient and not representing popular interests.
