A British group which campaigns against a ban on demonstrations outside health facilities where abortions take place is to address TDs and Senators in Leinster House on Wednesday.

The address by the British-based Be Here For Me group comes on foot of plans for the government to legislate for the introduction of exclusion zones around health facilities in Ireland where women can access termination services.

Be Here For Me has been invited by the cross-party Oireachtas Human Dignity Group, which includes Senator Rónán Mullen andindependent TDs Mattie McGrath and Carol Nolan - all three of whom strongly oppose abortion in almost all circumstances.
