Of course there is a left - right divide in Irish politics

Every Dáil is centre right while the left can get into the Áras –where they can’t touch our wallets

If there’s one phrase that’ll have me throwing digs whenever I hear it, consider our old friend “left and right are not relevant to Irish politics”. It infuriates me. Not because I want a nice tidy left/right divide in the country, but because it is simply not true.
