Fianna Fáil TD Jim O’Callaghan has suggested his party could do a confidence and supply deal with Sinn Féin after the next election.

In an interview with the Sunday Business Post at the weekend, O’Callaghan said he would have “no difficulty” in holding exploratory talks for such a deal with Sinn Féin in the same way he did with Fine Gael’s Leo Varadkar in his kitchen last year.
