The OECD has dismissed as inaccurate claims by the nursing union about nursing numbers in Ireland.
The OECD also said the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation (INMO) misrepresented the way in which the OECD collated its figures overseas.
The OECD was responding to comments made by Liam Doran, general secretary of the INMO.
