DUP hopes to return as largest party with Arlene Foster at the helm, writes Hugh O'Connell

Voters in Northern Ireland are heading to the polls today to vote in elections for the Stormont Assembly.

A total of 276 candidates are contesting for 108 seats across 18 constituencies, with analysts not predicting any huge fluctuations in seat numbers, but with smaller parties, including People Before Profit, likely to take seats.
