New legislation to tackle ticket reselling at extortionate prices is not yet in sight, the Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation has said.
“While good progress has been made and it is the minister’s aim to finalise the necessary amendments as soon as possible, it is not possible to provide a precise time frame for their completion,” the department said.
