Minister of State Joe McHugh is increasing pressure on the Minister for Agriculture Michael Creed to rule out the transfer of €10 million worth of fishing quota from Donegal to Cork.

Creed has set up a review into who should get the extra EU quota to catch mackerel, following lobbying from fishermen in his native Cork.
